Craft Club

KS2 children have thoroughly been enjoying Miss Matharu's craft club every Thursday lunchtime.

Children have enjoyed making world cup paper fans, emoji book marks and a personalised holiday scrap book.

If any other children are interested in joining in September, they can pop in between 12.00 and 12.30 every Thursday lunchtime.

Mining Madness

Tom Dipple from the Black Country Museum came to visit NRPS. The children in KS2 took part in an explosive assembly about mining conditions. We learnt about the dangers of mining and about the different ways in which miners tried to protect themselves. Tom said that the children were a great audience and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

Book Nook Competition

We have created  "Book Nooks" in our classrooms.

Our School Councillors were given the difficult task of judging the competition.

Here are some pictures including quotes from our School Councillors.

"How wonderful these all look!"
