PE days
Our PE days will be Wednesday and Friday. Please remember to send your child in their PE kit every Wednesday and Friday. Children can wear dark jogging bottoms and their house coloured t-shirt.
Reading
Your child should have a reading book that comes home with them each night. Please try to hear your child read for 10 minutes each day and record this on Go Read. When we hear children read in school, we will also change their books depending on their understanding of the text. If we feel that the children need to consolidate their understanding, we may ask them to keep their book a little longer.
Google Classroom
All of the children have been invited to join the Google Classroom page for Year 4. Please remember that, on occasions, homework will be set on Google Classroom. In the event of a school closure or isolation, work will also be provided via Google Classroom. Please help your child to familiarise themselves with it at home.
