DT Intent
The design and technology curriculum opens doors for children to become innovators, creative thinkers and prepare children to deal with an ever-changing technological world. We nurture creativity and encourage pupils to be become resourceful problem solvers. They work independently to design, make and evaluate a range of products using relevant skills and tools. Through practical and investigational opportunities, pupils actively contribute to the world as a place of opportunity; our future plumbers, carpenters, builders, electricians, designers and jobs that do not yet exist!
