  • Anti-Bullying week

    Tue 05 Nov 2019

Anti-bullying week takes place in schools across England every November. The theme for this year is called ‘Change Starts With Us.

This year we aim to promote to all those involved in our school community that it is a collective responsibility to prevent and stop bullying from happening. We want to create and share empowering, positive messages for our children, which address the fact that when it comes to bullying CHANGE STARTS WITH US!

Throughout the week there will be a range of activities taking place to promote to all children how making a small change can make a huge difference to someone else’s life.

As part of this campaign we will be taking part in Odd Socks Day, this will take place on Tuesday 12th November 2019 and your child is encouraged to wear odd socks on this day.

The idea behind this day is that children can have fun, be themselves and help promote the important message that it is good to be different and that everyone is unique.

We thank you for your co-operation.
